I consult on design and design research with companies and organizations worldwide. My work spans a wide range of topics, and covers physical products, services and digital interfaces. With a background in product design, ergonomics and biomechanics, my approach often entails evidence-based methods that lead to innovative solutions. This human-centered approach results in improved performance, and widens the range of people who are drawn to, and who can benefit from the product, service or technology. I was an early proponent of, and have special expertise in inclusive design (a.k.a. universal design, or design for all).
I work directly with companies and organizations, often with internal design and research groups, many of whom are looking to add to their methodology, and increase their influence.
I also speak on the topic on design and innovation, and conduct workshops and seminars. For more information on how I can be of assistance, you can contact me here.
